Individual Mentoring
Students who have been part of Batch Mentoring and want to take up Individual Mentoring can opt for this program. This program is divided into 1 year, 3 year, 5 year engagements.
1 year program: Once the students finalize on the domain they want to work as they step into the industry, they are being mentored and trained on different tools used in their daily working when they get into the industry and make them work on simulations to enable them get acquainted with the industry practices. Also part of this program we help the students to identify the organisations they should be going in for their internships and further placements and how they should approach the same. These are done on a one to one preappointed sessions of 1 hour each once a week over a period of 1 year
Duration: 1 hour, Once a week for 1 year.
3 year and 5 year program: Apart from the features of the 1 year program, the students will be mentored on day to day work related queries or challenges on the career front, guided on career progression, course corrections and growth path construction for the next 2 or 4 years post graduation.
Duration: 1 hour, Once a week every year for 3 or 5 years
Ideal for: Students going for internship and graduating a year later.
