Chequered plywood is further densified, compact and Toughened quality structural plywood. The product Provides a friction-resistant, anti-skid chequered surface. Chequered plywood are treated on both sides with thermosetting phenolic resins and micro-organism resistant chemicals. This treatment protects the board from chips, cracks, wraps, twists, termite fungus rot and abrasive action of water, sand and extreme weather conditions. It is better substitute of aluminium or steel floor palters due to easy routing, grooving and screwing.

DUE TO METAL ENFORCEMENT THIS KIND OF PLY DOES NOT BEND. IT HAS HIGH LOAD BEARING CAPACITY .METAL WIRES ARE ASSEMLED INBETWEEN THE LAYERS AND IT IS BONDED WITH PF RESIGN IN HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC PRESS.
